""Is SC/ST reservation actually helping our society to shape in equal ? Or it just making the society more divergent ! "" It is a Million Dollar question for the general cast people in India. So here I come with an answer . In this article I am making some assumption and I hope that that will clarify your opinion .
First of all : "A Super educated SC/ST is the Dumbest person" . To prove this assumption consider in an exam the minimum cutoff of general students is 100 and SC/ST cutoff is 50 . Now say Asish one of the SC student who has cleared this Engineering entrance exam . Now he will pursue B.Tech degree from this college . Now If we consider that our marks reflects our intelligentsia then during the admission process Asish had a (-50) deficiency in his knowledge packet . If some how he has completed his course and pursue for M.Tech and again he will provide 50% less cutoff than his fellow engineers . Say he will clear the entrance exam . In the worst scenario he will just manage to get the minimum cutoff marks so again he will have a deficiency of knowledge of 50 marks . So his net total will be 50+50 = 100 marks deficiency . Now Say after M.Tech he will seat for IAS entrances and for the 3rd time he will take benefit of 50% less cutoff marks .After He will become an IAS his net deficiency is total of (3*50)=150 marks . So considering the worst Scenario when a common SC /ST student just manage to get the cutoff marks to pass a exam will generate a huge deficiency in Professional index in India . This assumption is also applicable for both private and public sector companies . So my assumption that a Super educated SC/ST is the Dumbest person considering with other person in the same profession is proved correct . So if your professor is a SC/ST he is dumbest considering other non reserved professors .
